Post 1.0: News, Playtest Opportunity, Print Run?

Hello Absurdians! I hope you’ve been enjoying the 1.0 version these past few months. I have a few updates, opportunities, and questions to share with you all.

Keeping up with Absurdia (and me)

After many years of shying away from social media I've finally decided to make a Bluesky account. While I will continue to post major updates here on the devlog, itch isn’t the best place for discussion or community building. So if you’d  like to stay up to date on Absurdia news and updates, learn about new reviews or actual plays, or hear me yap about game design and future projects,  you can give me a follow @quinnmajeski.bsky.social.

Playtest Opportunity

Apparently not content to Just Chill Out after the v1.0 release, I’ve been working away on some new bonus content for the game. It’s polished enough now that I’m looking for a few people  interested in playtesting the new material at their own tables without me involved. If you’re interested and are willing to provide detailed feedback, shoot me an email at qmajeski@gmail.com.

Print Run?

Some folks have asked if there will ever be a print run of Absurdia. I knew when I was working on the game that I didn't have the experience or bandwidth to manage crowdfunding and fulfillment during development. With the dust settled on v1.0 however, I feel like I have the space now to think about how to make that happen - assuming there's enough interest.

So, consider this an official straw poll: Would you be interested in a physical edition of Absurdia? Drop a comment to let me know!
